Adult Ministries

We do not think there is a distinction in the bible between being a believer and being a follower. We do not believe you can "make a decision" without becoming a disciple.

The 4 C's describe every person who has put their faith in Christ. In Adult Ministries at Bible EFC , we seek to develop 4 C disciples by helping every person connect, grow and serve.

Our Mission is to honor God first in Eastern Monroe County and then throughout the world by making disciples of Jesus Christ who are and are becoming convinced by Him, changed to be like Him, called to His priorities, and committed to loving relationships. (Mark 12:28-33)

Where can I Connect?

There are a variety of ways for a person to connect at Bible EFC. Primarily, we want every person to experience worship. Worship is the place where what we do implicitly all week becomes explicit in our church community. You can connect relationally at Bible EFC in a number of ways: look for our Neighborhood Ministry Events (about four a year), Wednesday mornings at 10am our Owls2 meet and almost every Sunday has Adult Bible Fellowship. You can also connect through our Outdoor Ministry.

  • No Regrets- Men's Conference

We are a satellite location for this Men's Conference. We have two live-feed streams, live music and a great lunch catered by BP Smokehouse. 2017's theme was "Disruptive Grace". Save the date for 2018! Feb 3, 2018

  • Neighborhood Ministry

Our Neighborhood Ministry is designed to help connect Bible EFC geographically. Groups connect 4 times a year, in and around Tomah for fellowship, service and community building. Check out the map to find which Neighborhood you live in. Questions? Contact Pastor Neil.

  • Outdoor Ministry

Do you like the outdoors? Our Outdoor Ministry gathers quarterly to enjoy the outdoors.  Men are also invited the 2nd Tuesday of the month (7:30am) for breakfast and informal fellowship. Here is our schedule of events for 2017

  • Owls 2

10am Wednesdays is when our Older, Wiser Loving Senior Saints meet. They meet weekly for fellowship, coffee and treats! They are seniors at heart- no age restrictions.

  • Grief Share

Have you lost someone you cared about? Do you feel alone? Do you know someone who might feel this way?

Often friends and family want to help when you are suffering from a loss but don't know how. Our group is led by caring people who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives. They have been in a similar place to where you (or someone you know) may be.. Contact the office to learn more.

Where can I grow?

There are many ways to grow at Bible EFC, but there is one primary way we challenge people to grow within the church family. We want to see everyone experience a small group. Small groups are one of the ways we challenge people to grow, there are many differences in how a small group looks. Some of our groups study a certain topic, some are based on Sunday's message. Some of our groups are multi-generational, some are specific life stages or entirely male or female. Each group has the growth of disciples at the core of its mission.

  • Small Groups Sign-Ups

We are currently in the middle of our Spring 2017 semester. Our next semester will begin this fall. The next round of sign-ups will begin this summer. Stay tuned!!!  Contact Pastor Neil with questions.

We'd love for you to get connected through one of our other ministries while we wait for the next semester to start!!

How can  I serve?

While the call to be a disciple is the same for every person, we believe every person is given a unique gift to glorify God and to build His church. One of the most significant aspects of being a disciple is discovering one's spiritual gift and being equipped to serve. We want every person to experience being a disciple of Jesus through serving. There are a number of ways to serve both in the church and in the community. Check out a few of the ways you can serve through Bible EFC.

  • Care Ministry

Do you know anyone who has a new baby, recently had surgery, a death in the family or other last minute emergency? Our Meal Train is a great way to help those around us. Let our Care Ministry help take care of you!
